Project Managers
We understand how projects work and our management services range from Project Management to Contract Administration and Employer's Agent. From inception we work closely with our Clients in order to develop the project brief, metrics, constraints and to appoint a professional team. We work through to project completion and commissioning providing a single point of focus to manage and direct the required coordination. We are able to evaluate options, risks, costs, time and value and facilitate workshop so that decisions can be recommended and made. Many Clients require us to have an understanding of their business and operations and we ensure that all interface issues are carefully managed and that user groups are involved during the design stages. We have many management tools, control procedures which assist in an efficient the delivery process.
CDM Consultants
We advise and act on behalf of our Clients so that they can fulfil their statutory obligations under CDM Regulations 2007. We work closely with the design teams and end users to ensure that the specifics of a project are assessed and that construction and future maintenance risks are designed out where practical to do so. We issue the necessary statutory documentation for tendering and to the Health and Safety Executive, such as the F10. We continue to be active during the construction period ensuring that the Principal Contractors obligations are fulfilled.
