Andrew Condlyffe (Managing Director)
BSc (Hons), FRICS, MaPS
Andrew joined PMP in 1988 and became a partner in 1991 (now a Director) and took over as Managing Director in 2008.
He specialises in the Education, Social Housing, Food and Drink, Residential and Commercial Development, Medical and Retail Sectors.
Andrew also undertakes the roles of Monitoring Surveyor for Banks and Independent Certifier for the Housing Corporation.
He undertakes and heads up Cost Consultancy and CDM commissions.
Andrew is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Member of the Association of Project Safety.
Martin Rowe (Director)
BSc (Hons), MRICS
Martin joined PMP in 1990 and became a Director in December 2005.
He specialises in the Education, Social Housing, Residential and Commercial Development, Medical and Retail Sectors.
Martin also undertakes the roles of Monitoring Surveyor for Banks.
He undertakes and heads up Cost Consultancy commissions services.
Martin is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Alun Isaac (Director)
BEng (Hons), MSc, MBA, CEng, MICE
Alun joined PMP as a Director in January 2007.
He specialises in managing multi-disciplinary projects where there is a strong building and service interface.
Alun heads up Project Management Services at PMP and has gained experience across a variety of Construction, Building and Manufacturing/Industrial Sectors internationally and in the UK.
He is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers.
Michael Davies (Associate)
BSc (Hons)
Michael joined the Practice in August 2000 and became and Associate in 2006.
He acts as both Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent with experience in most sectors of Construction and with focus in Industrial, Manufacturing and Commercial projects.
Michael has professional experience in a wide variety of sectors with various procurement methods.
His core skills lie in traditional quantity surveying with the ability to export these skills into Employer’s Agent and other bespoke associated services.
Claire Halliburton (Associate)
BSc (Hons), MRICS
Claire joined Paul Mantle Partnership in November 1997 and became an Associate in 2002.
She undertakes the role of Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent and has experience in most sectors of Construction.
Claire specialises in Social Housing, Residential and Commercial Development, along with Medical Developments
She is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
